1. Booking & Payment
Appointments can be booked through the online booking link or by direct contact.
A 100 SAR non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the appointment.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer or electronic payment only. Cash is not accepted.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
If I am more than 15 minutes late, my appointment will be automatically canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled only up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that, the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred.
Refill appointments are recommended two weeks after the initial application.
If less than 40% of lash extensions remain, the service will be considered a new full set.
Eyelash extensions involve attaching synthetic lashes to natural lashes using professional adhesive.
My eyes must remain closed during the entire procedure.
I understand that I should not wear contact lenses during the procedure, as doing so may cause dryness, irritation, redness, or an increased risk of infection.
All products used are professional and safe, however individual allergic reactions may occur.
Possible risks include: irritation, allergy, redness, watery eyes, or natural lash shedding.
If I experience unusual symptoms (such as persistent itching, redness, or tearing), I should seek medical attention immediately. The lash technician is not responsible for any medical issues.
I am responsible for following all aftercare instructions (such as avoiding water and steam for the first 24 hours).
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect lash retention. In such cases, the lash technician is not responsible.
Any fixes or touch-ups after the session are considered an additional service and will be assessed separately.
The lash technician is not responsible for any damage to natural lashes if aftercare instructions are not followed or if there are pre-existing conditions.
Results vary depending on natural lashes, eye shape, and adherence to aftercare.
By agreeing to the booking policy and consent above, I confirm that I have read and understood all of the terms, I voluntarily agree to proceed with the service, and I release the lash technician from any effects or complications.
